SolsPro helps organizations identify where technology can create value, implement practical solutions and integrate new systems into the way their teams work.
Most organizations are not short on ideas about AI. They are short on answers about where it belongs, what it replaces and who owns it once it ships. These are the questions we hear first.
SolsPro helps organizations answer those questions and then execute the solution.
Four stages, in order, on every engagement. It keeps technical decisions tied to operational reality instead of ambition.
We map the organization as it actually runs today: technology in place, workflows, data, systems of record and the gaps between them.
We identify where AI and technology can realistically create value, what to build versus buy and the sequence that gets there.
We build, configure, integrate or deploy the appropriate technology. This is the part most consulting stops short of.
We help the organization fold the new system into daily operations, with documentation, ownership and a plan for what comes next.
We do not just recommend technology. We implement it.
Every engagement starts with an organizational problem, not a product. Capabilities are combined as the problem requires.
We help organizations move beyond AI experimentation and implement technology that supports real business operations, including regulated environments where confidentiality and compliance shape what is possible.
We identify repetitive and inefficient processes and determine where automation can improve how work gets done.
Organizations generate enormous amounts of data. We turn it into systems people actually use to make better decisions.
When an off-the-shelf tool is not enough, we design and build technology around the organization's actual workflow.
Before an organization invests in another tool, it needs to understand what problem it is actually solving.
Technology does not work without people. We prepare workflows, roles and internal ownership for the systems we deploy.
Scope, complexity, technology requirements and implementation timeline determine the shape of the engagement. We size it with you rather than selling a package.
Technology problems look different across industries, but organizations everywhere are asking the same questions: what should we automate, where does AI belong, which systems need to change and how do we make the technology actually work.
Technology implementation, workflow improvement, data systems and AI education in compliance-sensitive environments.
AI strategy, automation, technology implementation and workforce integration across operating teams.
Workflow optimization, AI implementation and the internal systems that client work actually runs on.
Technology systems, AI implementation and organizational technology strategy for schools and programs.
Technology infrastructure, automation, data and practical AI implementation on nonprofit budgets.
Technology strategy, AI education and implementation where it is appropriate and permitted.
SolsPro works across industries to help organizations answer those questions and implement practical solutions.
Engagements are described by what changed operationally. Client details are withheld where confidentiality applies.
Active engagements are added here as results are confirmed.
Implementing technology is only part of the transformation. People have to know how to use it. SolsPro focuses on the technology. The Pro Pivot helps organizations prepare their workforce to use it.
AI and technology implementation. Assessment, strategy, build and integration into the systems an organization already runs.
AI workforce development. Practical education and training that prepares employees to work with the systems being deployed.
Most companies sell technology or training. Together, the two address both sides of organizational change: more capable systems, more capable people and adoption that lasts.
SolsPro was founded on the view that implementation, not advice, is where technology decisions are proven.
SolsPro is founded by Nikita Collier, a software engineer and data scientist whose work spans AI implementation, machine learning, technology strategy, workforce development and education technology.
Credentials include a M.S. in Data Science focused on building and deploying machine learning models, and an M.S.Ed. in Learning Analytics and Artificial Intelligence currently in progress at the University of Pennsylvania. Nikita has also spoken at the University of Cambridge, in a talk sponsored by the Raspberry Pi Foundation, on adaptive learning models and ethics.
Since 2023, that background has been applied directly inside organizations: healthcare and human services, real estate and construction, education and workforce programs, and corporate operations teams.
SolsPro is an AI and technology implementation company founded by Nikita Collier, and part of a group of organizations focused on AI, technology, workforce development and education.
If you do not find what you are looking for, we are happy to discuss it directly.
Both, and implementation is the point. We assess and set strategy, then build, configure, integrate and deploy the technology, and stay through integration into daily operations.
Engagements take the shape of projects, retainers, implementation programs or ongoing strategic consulting. Scope, complexity, technology requirements, timeline and support needs determine which fits.
No. That is usually the starting point. An assessment identifies where technology can realistically create value and what should be sequenced first, before anything gets built or bought.
Yes. Our experience includes healthcare and human services environments, and we approach all client data with strict confidentiality and awareness of sector-specific requirements.
Implementation includes documentation, workflow design and internal ownership. For broader workforce education and AI training, The Pro Pivot handles that side of the work.
By scope rather than package: complexity, technology requirements, implementation timeline and the level of ongoing support the organization needs.
